His background includes service in the United States Army, work as a Department of Defense agent, and contracting roles supporting both the Department of Defense and the Department of State.

Sal currently works as an Executive Protection Specialist, providing security for celebrities and political figures. His ongoing involvement in professional security operations ensures that every Sword & Shield training program reflects modern real-world threats and defensive tactics.
