"I’ve been shooting for years at ranges but nothing has ever prepared me for live scenarios. I’ve been to two of Sal’s classes now, and feel more confident than ever behind the trigger of my weapons. He showed us how to clear corners, windows, and doorways during our morning session and then put us into a training house and gave us live scenarios.

My wife and I left that training with a plan on what to do in different scenarios from home invasion while you were sleeping to a escaped convict on the loose in the neighborhood that is at your door.

Sal is very passionate about what he does and he is just as patient with the beginner shooter. Safety always came first.

I returned for another training, this time with my rifle. He put us through different shooting drills at different speeds. When was the last time you ran with your AR only to stop and shoot a target and take off running again? These trainings have been invaluable to our us. I can’t recommend these classes enough for every shooter at any level!"

"Sword & Shield Range Day is a fantastic experience; I have been to two of them with a third planned this year. Sal and the other instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone from beginners to experienced shooters will benefit from this experience.

In different scenarios you learn how to properly clear a house and you also learn how to make angles and distance work to protect yourself better. At the end of all the lessons and shooting time we then got to go into an actual SWAT training facility and play out various home invasion scenarios using SIM paint guns. I’m excited to go back again for another awesome Range Day!!!"

As a Brit, I have never seen or shot a firearm before, but I have always wanted to. Good fortune ran me into Sal, a highly experienced individual with decades worth of knowledge and expertise giving him all the best qualities you’d look for in an instructor/teacher. He is precise and can easily help adjust you where changes may be necessary to make you that one bit better every shot. In summary, if someone was to ask me back home what they had to do if they were visiting America, it wouldn’t be to see the Statue of Liberty, nor to try all the burger joints known to man, It would be to go shooting with Salvatore Broes.
